Terra Works is a five-clinician general practice covering family medicine, physiotherapy, women’s health, travel preparation and annual reviews. Standard consultations run twenty minutes, and you keep the same named clinician for ongoing care.
What we treat
Pick the lane closest to your concern when you request an appointment. If it turns out to be the wrong one, we move it internally rather than asking you to book again.

How a visit works
Nothing on this page is a booking confirmation. We read every request by hand so the appointment length matches the reason for the visit.
Tell us the care lane, the window that suits you and a sentence about the concern. Reception reads requests through the working day.
You receive a reply with the clinician’s name, the appointment length, the fee and anything to prepare or stop beforehand.
Twenty minutes as standard, longer for reviews and physiotherapy. Bring a list if there is more than one thing you want covered.
A written summary follows within two working days, including test arrangements, prescriptions and when to come back.
Who you will see
Continuity matters more than convenience here. Where a lane has a lead clinician, you stay with them for the whole episode of care.
Family medicine · Lane lead
Long-term condition reviews and the practice’s referral pathways. Runs the early Monday and Thursday clinics.
Women’s health · Lane lead
Contraception, menopause care and screening. Holds a standing Wednesday evening clinic for patients who work daytime hours.
Physiotherapy · Lane lead
Spinal and post-operative rehabilitation. Writes every home programme herself and reviews progress at four weeks.
Before you come in
Most appointments that overrun do so because something on this list was missing. Five minutes now saves a second visit.
Questions
If your question is not here, put it in the reason field when you request an appointment and reception will answer it in the confirmation.
Request an appointment
A request is not a confirmed appointment. Reception replies in writing with the clinician’s name, the length of the appointment and the fee.
